CIQTEK Highlights Electron Microscopy and NMR&EPR Solutions at Pittcon 2026, USA
March 16, 2026
CIQTEKsuccessfully participated in Pittcon 2026, March 9–11, San Antonio, TX, connecting with researchers, instrument specialists, and industry professionals from across North Americaand around the world.
Supported by the CIQTEK U.S. team and local distribution partners, the booth provided a welcoming space for in-depth technical discussions and live demonstrations. Many visitors stopped by to learn more about CIQTEK instruments and explore how these technologies can support their research projects.
Showcasing CIQTEK Electron Microscopy
Electron microscopy was one of the key highlights at the CIQTEK booth. Visitors had the opportunity to learn about CIQTEK electron microscopy (SEM/FIB, TEM) solutions, designed to provide reliable high-resolution imaging for a wide range of applications.
Researchers from universities and research laboratories were particularly interested in how CIQTEK SEM systems can support materials characterization, nanostructure analysis, and semiconductor research. The CIQTEK team shared real application examples and discussed how stable imaging performance and user-friendly operation can help laboratories obtain high-quality results more efficiently.
NMR and EPR Spectroscopy for Modern Research
CIQTEK also introduced its portfolio of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectrometers, which attracted strong interest from scientists in chemistry, catalysis, and materials research.
Many visitors were interested in CIQTEK benchtop EPR solutions, designed to make EPR spectroscopy more accessible to laboratories seekingcompact systems with strong performance. Discussions at the booth covered a range of applications, including studies of free radicals, transition metal ions, and material defects.
Surface and Porosity Analysis
In addition to electron microscopy and EPR, CIQTEK presented its gas adsorption analyzersfor surface area and pore structure characterization. These instruments are widely used in research areas such as catalysts, energy materials, porous materials, and environmental science.
Visitors were interested in discussing measurement workflows, data interpretation, and how gas adsorption techniques can complement other characterization methods in materials research.
Strengthening Connections in North America
With support from the CIQTEK U.S. team and local partners, CIQTEK continues to expand its presence in the North American market and provide responsive technical support tocustomers!
The CIQTEK CAN600 is a next-generation intelligent liquid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer, equipped with an ultra-shielded, ultra-homogeneous 600 MHz superconducting magnet, an advanced distributed system architecture with a modular integrated console, and high-sensitivity, fully automated tuning probes. The CAN600 features highly integrated transceiver RF channels, enabling multi-receiver experiments. Its novel design supports rapid tuning and shimming, significantly reducing the time required for experiment setup. Accessories such as the intelligent control touchscreen expand the system’s management, allowing users to monitor instrument status and control sample access directly via touch, enhancing the flexibility of NMR experiments. By combining high-performance hardware with intelligent software, CAN600 delivers a more reliable and user-friendly NMR platform for researchers.
CIQTEK Climber Series — BET Specific Surface Area and Pore Size Analyzers are designed for fast, accurate, and stable testing. They can analyze up to 6 samples simultaneously, creating a brand-new testing experience. ▪ Test the specific surface area and pore size distribution of solids, slurries, and powders ▪ 0.0005 m2/g and above specific surface area analysis ▪ 0.35 to 500 nm pore size analysis ▪ Five-point BET test can be completed within 20 minutes
The CIQTEK EPR300 Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) Spectrometer incorporates the latest microwave technology and an ultra-high-performance signal processing unit, significantly enhancing detection sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio to an unprecedented level. It enables precise detection and analysis of unpaired electron signals even at extremely low spin concentrations, providing a novel approach for exploring microscopic physical and chemical properties of low-concentration substances such as free radicals and metal ions. Additionally, the EPR300 supports easy upgrades from X Band to Q Band, achieving higher g-value resolution, which is advantageous for detecting anisotropic samples. The EPR300 establishes a solid experimental foundation for cutting-edge research in life sciences, materials science, chemistry, and physics, driving scientific discoveries to new milestones.
Ga+ Focused Ion Beam Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope The CIQTEK DB550 Focused Ion Beam Scanning Electron Microscope (FIB-SEM) has a focused ion beam column for nano-analysis and specimen preparation. It utilizes “super tunnel” electron optics technology, low aberration, and non-magnetic objective design, and has the “low voltage, high resolution” feature to ensure its nanoscale analytical capabilities. The ion columns facilitate a Ga+ liquid metal ion source with highly stable and high-quality ion beams to ensure nanofabrication capabilities. The DB550 is an all-in-one nano-analysis and fabrication workstation with an integrated nano-manipulator, gas injection system, and user-friendly GUI software.
