The SiCOPE series of micropore analyzers are designed for the precise characterization of microporous materials, achieving an international leading level of measurement accuracy within the pore size range of 0.35-2 nm. Relying on precise pipeline design and high-quality core components, combined with a powerful and flexible data analysis model, it provides high-resolution analysis guarantees for the research of materials such as molecular sieves, porous carbons, and MOFs, facilitating breakthroughs in multiple fields of scientific research and industrial development.

Precise control, performance enhancement

By adopting the high-precision proportional valve and solenoid valve interlocking control technology, the rapid and precise control of the target pressure point is ensured, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency of the instrument, with the gas control accuracy reaching ±0.5 mmHg.

 

Precision Leak Control, Leading in Accuracy

Innovative self-developed core components such as self-locking valves and solenoid valves are adopted, with fully independent and controllable technology. The extremely low leakage rate provides high-precision guarantee for low-pressure micro-hole section testing.

 

Model Precision Casting, Extraordinary Insights

The software integrates built-in algorithms for common analysis models such as BET, Langmuir, and HK, as well as no less than 40 NLDFT models. The BET model features an intelligent one-click point selection, solving the problem of point selection for the BET segment of microporous materials and eliminating the deviation caused by different personnel in data processing.

 

Dust-free Precision Assembly, Stable Assurance

The core modules are fully sealed and assembled in an ISO Class 7 clean room (equivalent to the assembly standard for electron microscopes), which is two orders of magnitude cleaner than traditional assembly environments, ensuring the reliability and stability of the gas path system.

 

Automatic Post-calibration, Helium-free Testing

SiCOPE adopts a He-Free free-space post-calibration solution, eliminating the interference of residual helium on the test from the source, providing a reliable solution for the precise analysis of ultra-microporous materials.

 

Flexible Degassing, Transfer without Worry

SiCOPE supports both in-situ and ex-situ degassing methods, provides air isolation plug or vacuum isolation plug to ensure zero contamination during the transfer of microporous samples from the degassing station to the analysis station.

 

Humanized Design, Effort-saving and Efficient

The vertical push-up protective door is easy to operate and saves space; the Dewar flask design is ergonomic and convenient to handle; the progress light strip embedded in the equipment base provides real-time feedback on the test progress.

The repeatability of specific surface area ≤ 1%, repeatability deviation of the most probable pore size ≤ 0.02 nm.
