  • NMR Solutions Manager (U.S. Region)
    Based in California, Texas, or the greater Boston area. This is a U.S.-based position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work on-site in the U.S. on a long-term basis.
     
    Responsibilities:
      ▪ Technical Support & Product Presentation: Support sales/account managers in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations of NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) systems. Clearly communicate product capabilities, technical advantages, and application scenarios across chemistry, materials science, and biomedical fields. Develop tailored NMR solutions based on customer needs, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
      ▪ Training & Evaluation: Provide hands-on training on NMR operation and application techniques for end users, including researchers and lab technicians. Ensure users can independently operate the system, process data, and perform routine analysis, with appropriate assessment and follow-up.
      ▪ Market Intelligence & Insights: Continuously update technical materials and application cases for NMR products. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging applications in NMR, and provide actionable insights to support sales strategy and market positioning.
      ▪ Marketing & Promotion: Participate in the planning and execution of academic conferences, exhibitions, and technical workshops. Highlight key features and application value of NMR products. Support the development of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness in the NMR field.
      ▪ Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical and sales-support materials, including white papers, application notes, and competitive analysis reports. Support proposal development and technical presentations. Contribute to documentation across the project lifecycle, including experimental plans, validation reports, and delivery documentation.
      ▪ Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
     
    Qualifications:
      ▪ Education & Background: Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Science, Biomedical Science, Physics, or a related field. Overseas education or work experience is a plus. Hands-on experience with NMR instrumentation is strongly preferred.
      ▪ Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain NMR principles, data interpretation, and application cases using tools such as PowerPoint.
      ▪ Research & English Proficiency: Strong research and analytical skills. Proficient in reading and writing English, with the ability to independently review and understand technical literature and market reports related to NMR.
      ▪ Learning & Hands-on Ability: Quick learner with the ability to independently perform NMR experiments, including sample preparation, parameter setup, spectral acquisition, and data analysis (e.g., chemical shifts, coupling constants, relaxation times).
      ▪ Adaptability & Travel: bility to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel frequently to support on-site demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer training.

  • Electron Microscopy Sales Manager (U.S. Region)
    Based in California, Texas, or the greater Boston area. This is a U.S.-based position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work on-site in the U.S. on a long-term basis.
     
    Responsibilities:
      ▪ Achieve regional sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring timely completion of assigned goals to drive sustainable growth.
      ▪ Identify and develop new sales opportunities within universities, research institutes, and industrial clients. Translate potential customer needs into successful projects.
      ▪ Manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation, execution, and payment collection. Ensure compliance, mitigate project risks, and secure results.
      ▪ Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market potential within the region.
     
    Qualifications:
      ▪ Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of sales experience in the electron microscopy industry. Proven track record in developing key accounts and driving projects to completion.
      ▪ Strong analytical and logical thinking, with excellent verbal communication and business negotiation skills. Able to synthesize customer needs and market insights efficiently.
      ▪ Highly responsible, proactive, and results-oriented. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
      ▪ Willingness to travel as required.

  • Electron Microscopy Account Representative (DACH Region)
    Based in Germany (or Austria) and must have a German (or Austrian) contract.
     
    Responsibilities:
      ▪ Achievement of Sales Targets: Fully responsible for meeting sales objectives in the assigned region. Develop regional sales strategies, follow up on key accounts and projects, ensure timely completion of sales tasks assigned to the region, and drive sustained business growth.
      ▪ Sales Network Management: Lead the establishment, maintenance, and optimization of the sales network within the region. Conduct in-depth development and expansion of channel resources, build a stable and efficient channel cooperation system, enhance channel activity and contribution, and provide professional support to the sales network.
      ▪ Solution Development: Deeply explore the potential needs of core customers such as universities and research institutes. Develop customized, actionable solutions by leveraging the company’s product features and technical advantages, earning high recognition from customers.
      ▪ End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, including contract signing, fulfillment follow-up, and payment collection. Ensure compliance and efficiency in processes, effectively manage project risks, and secure the implementation of sales outcomes.
     
    Qualifications:
      ▪ Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with no specific major restrictions. Candidates with direct sales or channel sales experience in scientific instruments are preferred. Those with existing customer resources in universities or research institutes will be given priority.
      ▪ Core Competencies: Strong logical thinking and clear communication skills. Excellent verbal communication and business negotiation abilities, capable of engaging in in-depth discussions with customers regarding business needs and technical details to build long-term trust. Demonstrated analytical and summarization skills to quickly identify customer needs and market trends.

  • Electron Microscopy Service Engineer (DACH Region)
    Based in Germany (or Austria) and must have a German (or Austrian) contract.
     
    Responsibilities:
      ▪ Product Installation and Commissioning: Perform timely and accurate on-site product installation and commissioning based on customer requirements and product specifications, ensuring proper operation and providing initial operational training to customers.
      ▪ Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Respond promptly to customer repair requests, accurately diagnose product faults, develop and execute effective repair plans, and ensure equipment is restored to normal functionality within the committed timeframe.
      ▪ Routine Maintenance and Service: Conduct regular equipment inspections, service, and preventive maintenance according to product maintenance cycles or customer needs to reduce equipment failure rates and extend product lifespan.
      ▪ Technical Consultation and Guidance: Provide professional technical support to customers on product usage, troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimization, addressing inquiries and helping customers improve product efficiency.
      ▪ Issue Feedback and Improvement: Collect and organize customer feedback on product issues and suggestions for improvement. Coordinate with R&D, production, and other departments to drive product quality enhancements and technological innovation.
      ▪ Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, conduct regular follow-up visits to understand evolving customer needs, improve customer satisfaction, and promote repeat purchases and referrals.
     
    Qualifications:
      ▪ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Proficiency in spoken English is preferred.
      ▪ Professional Knowledge: Solid understanding of mechatronics, automated control systems, and familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
